Socrates/Grundtvig 3 Mokytojų darbo organizavimas - žmogiškųjų išteklių vadyba švietimo srityje. Soros International House kartu su tarptautine FocusEd asociacija Grudtvig 3 rėmuose suorganizavo kursus tema Mokytojų darbo organizavimas - žmogiškųjų išteklių vadyba švietimo srityje . Kursai vyko šių metų gegužės 22-26 dienomis Soros International House patalpose Vilniuje. Tai buvo puiki galimybė kurso dalyviams iš Lenkijos, Liuksemburgo, Bosnijos ir Lietuvos patobulinti ne tik savo, kaip vadovo kvalifikaciją, bet ir pabendrauti su žmonėmis iš kitų šalių. Kurso vadovas Andrew Hockley, FocusEd vykdantysis direktorius, parengė įdomų kursą, kurio metu buvo derinami teoriniai ir praktiniai užsiėmimai. Jų metu buvo pateikta mokomoji medžiaga bei suteiktos teorinės žinios apie komandos formavimą, komandinio darbo organizavimą bei vadovo, kaip grupės lyderio vaidmenį, formuojant grupę, konfliktų sprendimą. Darbinėse grupėse, taikant naujausius projektinio darbo, darbo mišriose grupėse ir kitus metodus, bendrų pastangų dėka buvo sukurta ir atlikta visa eilė eksperimentinių užduočių. Šio kurso metu dalyviai įgiijo ne tik naujų žinių ir įgūdžių, bet ir turėjo galimybę pasimokyti vieni iš kitų, pasidalinti patirtimi. Vakarais kurso dalyviai iš kitų šalių turėjo galimybę pasivaikščioti po pavasarinį Vilniaus senamiestį, paragauti nacionalinių patiekalų. OBJECTIVES: TO PROVIDE SKILLS AND AWARENESS OF THEORIES AND PRACTICES OF TEAMWORK AND GROUP DYNAMICS, AS WELL AS AN INTRODUCTION TO THE FIELD OF ORGANISATIONAL BEHAVIOUR
METHODOLOGY: TRAINING WILL INVOLVE A BALANCE OF THEORY AND PRACTICE, INTRODUCING MAJOR TEAM BUILDING/GROUPWORK LITERATURE AND THEORY WHILE RELATING THEM CLEARLY TO PARTICIPANTS‘ OWN CONTEXT. A NUMBER OF EXPERIENTIAL ACTIVITIES WILL ALSO BE WORKED ON AND PROCESSED IN THE GROUP AS A WHOLE.
